Prior to founding NAA, Nicole’s career followed her passion for building and creating. Crossing boundaries and breaking norms, she’s worn many of the hats involved in the design, development, and construction of the built environment including roles in architecture and design, real estate development, and construction management.  Nicole sees opportunities to use her unique perspective, breadth of knowledge and distinctive design sensibilities to create places that wholly fulfill the users needs and positively impact the world around them.
